The Independent Adoption Center (IAC) is committed to excellent non-profit management, governance and fundraising practices, including providing complete information about both our finances and our program. Our annual report has a summary of both our program activities and our financial statements for 2006 and the IAC IRS Form 990 can be downloaded below. 2005 is the most recent Form 990 available. Additional information about the IAC, and other non-profit organizations, can be found at http://www.guidestar.org. The IAC spends less than 5% of its funds on fundraising.
